POLICIES
As our valued guests, we only ask that you abide by a few simple guidelines:
- Cancellation Policy -
We will accept cancellations up to 7 days prior to your reservation
Notification of 7 days or less, we will refund any nights that we are able to re-let(minus 10%)
Check in / out:
Please plan on checking in between 3:00 - 7:00 pm and checking out by 11:00am
If not checked in by 7:00 pm your room will be considered vacant and may be re-let if we have not been informed of late arrival.
•Deposit required of 1 night's stay at the time of booking
•We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, debit and cash
•No pets
•Children over 12 years of age
•Smoking outside
For the Ironman weekend we require a minimum of 5 nights.
Cancellation policy for this event is 60 days.
We will refund (less 10%) any nights that we are able to re-book. Payment in full is required 60 days prior to event.
